A podcast is a sound recording similar to a radio program.
A podcast is shared all over the internet.
They are usually made as a series of episodes.
They can be published daily, weekly, or even monthly.

There are three main things to think about when you are making an podcast,
2)Your Objectives: What things do you need to tell your listeners in your podcast, so you can achieve your aim?
3)Your Constraints: How long do you want your podcasts to be? You may set a time limit.
Slide 4:
Now its time to record your podcast. Follow these steps,
Set up your microphone in an queit place.
Decide how you will record the clips in your outline.
You may record each clip in a different track.
Practise each clips before you record. You will feel more relaxed if you know your content.
Now you can press record and start recording your podcast.
Slide 5:
You can use an outline plan to help you improve your podcast. Some common segments are:
Intro- Introduce yourself and tell what the podcast is about.
Jingle- A short piece of music to help people recognise your podcast.
Topic segment- You can use one or more segments to cover up the topic of your podcast.
Outro- Give a short summary of the podcast or a conclusion.
Closing remarks- Thank the audience for listening, encourage them to listen to your next episode.

In your podcast outline from the last slide, you added a short music called jingle.
You can use any DAW (such as audacity) to add music files to your podcast. In audacity use the 'Import' function.

Select the best audio format. (MP3)
Now enter a filename and click 'Save'.
